Lillet is a French Aperitif made from a blend of wine, liqueurs, fruits and herbs.
Lighter and sweeter than most Vermouth, Lillet is a blend of rigorously selected wines and fruit liqueurs, aged in oak vats for around 12 months in Bordeaux.
It's predecessor Kina Lillet, was the key ingredient in a Vesper Martini, made famous in the James Bond film Casino Royale.
Serve very cold over ice, with tonic as a spritz, with Wolftown Gin and tonic (great serve!) or to make a White Negroni, with an Amaro such as Montenegro or Lucano.
