A traditional rosso vermouth di Torino from Hotel Starlino, made with botanicals including wormwood, Tolu balsam, cloves, rhubarb, ginger, Cinchona and bitter orange peel, creating a warm, spicy character.
It's made from wine made with Trebbiano grapes in Piedmonte, Italy and is aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels.
Essentially, this is a classic sweet vermouth, that is best served chilled over ice, with tonic as a spritz, or as part of classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, Martinez and with Wolftown Gin in a Negroni.
