A modern aperitif, made with Lakeland damsons, delivering rich, fruit sweetness and a satisfying botanical finish.
Made entirely in Cumbria, using local damsons, Damaro can be enjoyed on its own over ice or served long with a mixer, though it is best enjoyed when served as The Lakeland Spritz.
Add 50 ml to an ice filled wine glass, add 75 ml of Prosecco, top with 25 ml of soda water and garnish with a slice of orange. Stir once gently and enjoy - preferably with a view of The Lake District and always with friends.
