Lakeland Negroni reimagines the classic cocktail with the rich fruit character of Lakeland damsons.
Wolftown Signature Gin, Italian sweet vermouth and Damaro Lakeland Damson Aperitif, create a vibrant, bittersweet serve, with bright citrus notes and a smooth, fruit-led finish.
Less bitter and earthy than a traditional Negroni, the Lakeland Negroni is also lighter in alcohol. That's because we swap out the Campari and replace it with our own Damaro, made with Lake District damsons.
Serve 75 to 100 mL in an ice filled tumblr, stir briefly and garnish with a twist of orange zest.
If you like this Italian classic cocktail, you are going to love our Lakeland version. If you're still not convinced by the Negroni, try 50 mL with 150 mL of tonic or lemonade, with a slice of orange to make a delicious and longer aperitif.
