Wolftown Signature Gin flat with drinks

A glass of gin and tonic is hard to beat as a refreshing drink, though the best way to serve depends on the gin. What we and The Gin Guide have found, is that Wolftown Signature Gin is very flexible.

For a straight up, classic gin and tonic using our Signature Gin, we suggest:

  • 50ml gin
  • 150ml Fever Tree Naturally Light Indian Tonic
  • Orange slice to garnish
  • Serve in a chilled glass filled with ice.

We would say the same for our Citrus Gin, although try also a Mediterranean Tonic, with pink grapefruit or a lemon slice.

If you're feeling more adventurous, here are some cocktail recipes for you.

Enzoni

Wolftown Enzoni

Created in New York City in 2003, this delicious cocktail is like a fresh and fruity version of a Negroni, thanks to the Campari.

30ml Wolftown Gin

30ml Campari Bitter

20ml fresh lemon juice

15ml of sugar syrup

7 seedless green grapes

Muddle 5 green grapes in a shaker, add other ingredients, shake with ice, fine strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with the two remaining grapes.

Breakfast Martini

This cocktail demonstrates beautifully, how well Wolftown Signature Gin works with orange flavours and how, once more, that it never loses its identity.

1 teaspoon Orange marmalade

50 ml Wolftown Signature Gin

15 ml Cointreau triple sec liqueur

15 ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Stir the marmalade with the gin in the base of a shaker until it dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled Martini glass.

Wolftown Tropical Gimlet

To demonstrate the versatility of our Signature Gin, we created a Gimlet with a difference, using mango and pineapple flavours.

Here are the ingredients -

• 60ml Wolftown Signature Gin

• 30ml Lime Juice

• 15ml Pineapple Syrup

• Diced Mango, roughly 1/4 of a mango

Muddle the mango with the pineapple syrup, add the gin and lime juice, shake with ice until the shaker gets cold. Double strain into a Gimlet glass.
