Wolftown Gin is made with -
Wheat spirit, juniper, sarsaparilla root, ginger, cinnamon, orange zest, lemon zest, almonds, wolf berries and black pepper.
Wolftown Gin is made in the London Dry method, meaning all the ingredients are boiled together in a copper still and the resulting vapour is condensed and collected. As such, no allergens carry over through the distillation process and even wheat based gins are certified as safe for Coeliacs for example - however, the distillery does of course handle almonds, so whilst the risks are extremely low, if you are someone with an extreme nut allergy then you should probably avoid our product.
